PRD Concessions Brunswick Stew & Chili fundraiser season runs from September to March.  We handle all the production of our products, so leave all the work to us.   

How it works:

• We make our Famous Brunswick Stew that includes Fresh Pulled BBQ Pork, Pulled Chicken, Ground beef & Ground Sausage.  A little sweet, A little Heat & A lot of MEAT!!!!
• We just rolled out our amazing Chile that has been a hit all season.  Our Chili has Ground beef, kidney beans, chunks of tomato and plenty of SAVORY flavor!!!!
• Our Cornbread flies off the shelf as long as we don't run out.   Everybody loves it!!!  It is a sweet cornbread, soft, moist, almost like dessert.
• We package our Brunswick Stew and Chili in a 32oz. quart container that is microwave and freezer safe.
• For every quart your organization sells of our Brunswick Stew or Chili, you will receive $3.00/a quart.  A quart is currently priced at $12.00 (depending on market meat conditions as our product is meat intensive).
• For every bag of cornbread your organization sells, you will recieve $1.00/per bag.
• Your organization is responsible for acquiring presales, managing the order sheet, collecting funds, provide a cashier the day of the event.
•  For additional sales, we typically setup at high traffic locations to drive more sales.  

Our Fish N' Chips &  Seafood Platter fundraise will be rolling out this year for the first time!!!!  Fish n' Chips & Seafood fundraisers run from April to September.  Once you try our Famous Fish n' Chips, you will never want any others.   Our Fish n' Chips is cod fish covered in our secret pearly mix and dipped into our beer batter and fired to the perfect crunch and flake with French fries and home made Tartar sauce.    Our Seafood Platter includes one full piece our Famous fried fish, Two huge crab cakes, beer battered shrimp and French fries.  

How it works:

• The same concepts as the Brunswick Stew & Chili
• For every unit of Fish n' Chips sold, your organization will receive $5.00.  Currently we are selling each unit for $15.00.
• For every unit of a Seafood Platter sold, your organization will receive $7.00.  Currently we are selling each unit for $30.00.
• Additional funds from your organization selling any drink products you provide and get 100% of the sales!!!
